• Indepth Design consulation

• Site Visit - Discuss and set out the logistics with you and your selected venue.

• Full design brief and plan that includes moodboard, digital mockup of room and tablescape, floor plan and design details. 

• Option of either

  • having full artificial flowers for Ceremony & Wedding Breakfast (up to 6 medium garlands & 2 large garlands)

  • OR

  • Linen hire for upto 10 tables (includes napkins and table cloths to match your look)

  • OR

  • Streamer hire for upto 20 metres for your venue.  

• Everything that is in the Supersonic package (my signature modern, bold wedding prop essentials)

• Bespoke Backdrop which can be used for your Ceremony/Wedding Breakfast/Reception

• Ceremony styling (aisles, focal points, chair decor, choice of signage)

• Wedding Breakfast (upto 10 tables, extra tables will be chargeable) - tablescapes, napkins, focal points, choice of signage.

• Reception styling - disco balls, lighting details. 

• Unlimited Emails & Whatsapp Group chat

• 3 monthly catch up meetings (in person or virtual)

• Recommendations from our list of rock star suppliers that match your vibe

• Full set up on the day, our presence to assist with any hiccups that might pop up through the day to keep stress away, take down and collection

  • Bud vases for tables with artificial stem flowers  to match your vibe​

  • Candle holders & candles for every table 

  • Runners for each table

  • Welcome Signage (easel/sailboard)

  • Ceremony decor - Hurricane vases/rose petals

  • Ceremony Chair decor (aisle chair only)

  • Disco ball hire (for up to 8 varying sizes, can be used as props or hanging installations) extra available but may be charged.
